Afghan Refugees Operations Coordinator Aug 2021 – March 2022 National Endowment for Democracy (NED), Lezhe, Albania Led all resettlement efforts in Kabul and managed the day-to-day operations for Afghan refugees in Albania. Established and maintained relationships with hotel staff, medical services providers, and international NGOs. Provided support in program planning and execution for over 300 Afghan refugees accommodated in Albania, including proposal and budget development, and daily reporting to NED main office in Washington DC. Closely worked with Save the Children and UNICEF for providing services to refugees in different areas and organized events for celebrating the traditional and cultural ceremony by their funds. Head-Human Resources, Procurement, and Operations April 2020 – July 2021 Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MoIC), Kabul, Afghanistan Provided leadership support to the Human Resources, Operations, and Procurement Directorates of MoIC.
