Performed procedures and calculations crucial to quality controls, including high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), PH testing, instrument calibration, centrifugation and volumetric/coulometric titrations.

Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and specimens for microscopy examination; perform laboratory tests; analyze and report findings; and investigate atypical results and discrepancies to determine causation.

Analyze samples in accordance with control plans and record information assuring finished goods and in-process samples comply with all specifications

Followed methods instructions to collect, extract, prepare, store, and destroy samples

Performed quality control inspections such as integrity testing. Bottle inspections, label inspections, packaging inspection, and peroxide solution inspections.

Used western blot methods to measure for certain proteins

Performed protein characterization using: HPLC, SDS-PAGE, native PAGE, western blot, and DLS
