-Responsible for time management for Fieldman to charge Hydroquinone, 2EH and/or MMP catalyst in order not to interrupt the DCS running operation.

-Carries out effectively start up and shutdown procedures in DCS.

-Inform immediate superior regarding process deviation.

-Responsible to react immediately in any deviation in process parameters and interpretation of the interlock logic affected that might cause the AC Plant upset/shutdown.

-Responsible for DCS parameters adjustment base from sample results and DCS parameters behavior accordingly.

-Involves in troubleshooting of DCS process related, instruments such as transmitters and control valves problems together with the fieldman and maintenance to carry out effectively.

-Takes responsibility for resamples and regular sample for quality analysis and/or AC Plant upset.

-Assist fieldman in documents and responsible for briefing properly for fieldman before carrying out the activities prior for shutdown and start up.

-Take the Lead shutdown Coordinator prior for turn around.

-Take responsibility in training/impart to the new employee in designated area to familiarized and able to asses proper procedure in a safety manner in the field and in DCS whichever the trainee assign from basic up to become a DCS boardman.
