● Worked with 18 faculty and staff mentors by being in constant communication and making sure they are keeping in contact with their mentees The impact I am receiving from this leadership experience is knowing how to work with different people with various backgrounds; I’ve also had to learn how to manage my time effectively. Event planning and public speaking are both skills that have greatly improved from being a part of this organization

● Managed organization finances of over $100,000 by creating budgets for 10 areas and 25 Executive Staff members

● Raised over $20,000 by completing applications, reaching out to sponsors, and making deals with companies and departments
