To gain successful employment in the warehouse or industrial setting. I would like to use my advanced degree in leadership to obtain a team lead, management position, or a supervisory position. Qualifications for a successful Team Lead, Supervisor, Warehouse Manager Knowledge of mechanical skills, maintains repairs, problem solving and trouble shooting. I can communicate and can collaborate with others to ensure jobs are done correctly and safely. I can fix process issues. I can read blueprints and CAD drawings. I am skilled with all types of power tools that are needed to complete jobs. At Grain Processing Corporation I was in charge of food quality PM’s as assigned. Process Operator, Management of a small crew in the process of extruding starch products Maintained a clean and productive work environment. Ensured that products passed multiple safety and sanitary tests. Responsible for ordering, and manufacturing food grade and commercial starch products. Responsible for meeting production timelines and ordering products. Responsible for loading and unloading rail cars.
