Looking for a career to last until I am able to retire as a LVN including an office job as a LVN or something different and exciting

LVN FOR DR. THOMAS JETER. MD,DDS (RETIRED)

Office nurse which included surgeries done in the office daily assisting with both surgery and anesthesia. Also, made appointments, went over health history in detail and numerous other things with a list to long to keep this short.

SHANNON MEDICAL CENTER

Pre op nurse. Making phone call all day in regards for gathering medical information per protocol for surgery patients scheduled to come in for surgery. I started out at the outpatient surgery center on Sunset and was transferred when they change their protocol to wanting nurse navigators and not LVN’s. I was in that office for 2 months. Then went to doing pre op calls for the cardiac cauterization lab and that position faded out in approximately months later then was moved to calling for all surgery patients. I moved to that position December 2021 until August 29th 2022.

I attended Sterling City ISD from 1st grade through graduation in 1974

Angelo State University from June 1974 though May 1975 for basic credits and again in 1989 to take a psychology course with a 4.0 GPA for that one class.

In 1984 -1985 went to Howard College and studied to get a vocational degree in nursing and graduated in May 1985 with a GPA of 4.0

From 1985 until I went to work for Dr. Thomas Jeter I worked for Coke County Hospital, Sterling County Hospital and St. Johns Hospital until they closed.

Hobbies are boating, fishing and spending time with grandkids when they have time.

I attend church on Sunday mornings.

I am available to go to work any time and will consider work from home jobs also.

As a child from for age 12 until I graduated high school, I worked with my dad in his grocery store in Sterling City. I learned to order, stock groceries and cashier at his store. I most definitely

Learned how to count change back to customers without the use of a cash register telling me how much change to give back. I will also consider jobs in retail.
