-After Managing for Convenience Store, Now I am managing a new Zeina Supermarket

( 24/7 Supermarket Operations), the same EMPLOYER. With the floor area of 475 sq. meters, with 11 staff working in the Supermarket including me.

-Manages the day to day operation of the Shoppers Express (Select Convenience Store) in accordance with established rules and policies of the company ( 24/7 Store Operations).

-Training new employees and evaluate old staff performance.

-Directs the development and administration of controls of the shop in an economical and profitable manner while maintain established standards.

-Coordinates the maintenance and development methods for high quality preparation of every product; assisting customer and introduce products for customer satisfaction.

-Maintains an efficient program of scheduling of manpower to ensure high standard preparation and customer service excellence are being met always.

-Maintains and instructs section supervisors or assigned staff to follow safety policies and procedures to ensure hazards are eliminated.

-Monitors appearance and availability of the products at all times. Evaluate old and new product movements.
