Under this área of responsibility I directed 27 markets and reported to the CEO responsible for improving its bottom line and increase sales in latin America 150%, Europe 30% and Asia 20% Our sales force has grown from a 4% representation to a 130%. In the recent months the company has merged with NewAge (ex Morinda) and I am managing USA/Canada/ Latin America. Was responsible business development strategies, data related requirements and product portfolio opportunities. Morinda Worldwide International / Tahitian Noni International 2010 – 2016 Regional Director for Mexico, US Spanish Market and Latin America. Under this área of responsibility I oversee 12 markets and report to the CEO of Morinda. Since my assigment to the region, Morinda has improved its bottom line as a region and increase sales by 30%. Logistics Manager from 1996 to 1998 later becoming Operations Manager from 1998 to 1999 and Country Director from 1999 -2008 of a market leading Wellness Company in Santiago Chile. During 1997 through 2004 responsible for country openings in Panama, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Bolivia producing $60m in new business. During 2005 through 2008 lead the country opening of Peru and Ecuador. Increased sales by 60% year after year over a period of 7 years with significant net profit. Worked directly with sales force compromising 45,000 in Chile and around 80,000 in the region along with 180 full time employees.Hired and trained all current Managers and staff in this company, assisted in the hiring process of 20 high level executives whom have escalated within the organization. Conception and implementation of a Childrens Shelter home named Casa Herbalife NAIM. This initiative was pursued and achieved in 1998. Store Manager and successfully ran the company from 1989 through 1992. Promoted to Store Manager at a larger outlet in Aurora, Colorado. During my career with Sherwin – Williams, I achieved the Top Gun Award two years in a row becoming the youngest executive to receive this recognition. This award consisted on 20% sales improvement and 20% profit gain in the same year. My excellent results gave me the opportunity to handle non- profit stores and made them profitable.
