Attend daily safety tool box talk (TBT) & other risk assessments.

Demonstrated knowledge of and skills in safe rigging practices.

Rig and sling loads being moved by the crane and other duties assigned.

Perform rigging with rigging tackles & giving standard hand signals for crane operator during lifting operations.

Taking responsibilities of all rigging equipments & Tackles visual inspections before each lifting operations with safe hands.

Periodic Color coding of all rigging equipments & Tackles.

Well skilled in hand rigging procedures
