HR Operations:

Performing Annual PMS exercise(salary revision, performance pay calculations)

Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Headcount, attrition, wage cost etc.)

Statutory compliance payments, preparing and keeping records of PF, ESI, P.tax etc

Handle Grievances related to ESI and EPF.

Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.

Industrial Relation:

Ensure all IR statutory requirements are followed on the site.

Answering phone calls related to HR and IR.

Ensure payment of all contractors and their sub-contractors' salary should disburse before 7th of every month.

Completing initial accidental reporting through the ESI portal.

Personal visit to the site to ensure all statutory board and other compliance is maintained inside NMDC Project, CG.
