I started out as an Account Specialist from 1/13/2020 until 12/04/2020 I was responsible to making collections calls, taking cash and card payments applications for new loan customers. I processed loans and closed the loans. Sold the Insurance to each customer. 12/4/2020 I became Branch Manager I basically did the same thing but I was responsible for so much more including Reports that needed to be done Bankruptcy cases, life and disability claims when occurred. I was responsible for any problems if any occurred. Ordered supplies filing, end of day responsibilities which, included the balancing the daily monies which would have been collected were collected that day, any reports to be completed for the day, filing, faxing and any other duties that needed done. 04/4/22 I had to step down from the Branch Manager position and became a Financial Service Rep. which is the same thing as Account Specialist just company changed the title. Also did Tax Returns every year. We took classes from August to October to prepare for the Tax Season that was about to take place.
