Responsible for research for ownership verification for new business intake. Obtaining legal documents from various sites proving ownership. Responsible for researching Westlaw, military, bankruptcy and credit reports for matters being prepared for lawsuit. Calculating and providing payoff information. Preparing demand letters and payment plans. Negotiating terms. Account management. Entering check payments and forwarding to clients and entering credit card payments then distributing to Paralegals s. Checking status of Trustee Sales and monitoring them.
