help assist callers. Followed company policies to protect the personal identity information and

during open enrollment period and tax season. Assisted with previous or new consumers with
their market place account. Or cancel policies for Medicare or Medicaid recipients. Learned
to operate different computer programs and a headset. Phone and computer were used to
track the employee clocking in and out as well attendance. There were weekly training and
refresher courses. Punctual was part to having good scores. Strictly protecting consumers
identity is crucial to have high score points.
