PERIOD: From 2021 August to Present.

Assist QA/QC department for handling Material/Work inspection Reports.

To Collect Daily inspection reports from inspectors/suppliers/third-parties and to prepare Quality Control Daily Report/Weekly/Monthly for the submission to the Client.

Scan and upload project documents to the system asper quality procedure.

Maintain the master list of the document with proper revision status.

Performs other duties assigned by the QAQC Manager.

PERIOD: From 2020 June to July 2021.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Resident Engineer for the project communications.

Provide support to project engineering team regarding incoming/outgoing documents, uploading and downloading of technical documents in the using PMWEB/PMIS (ASHGHAL Project system)

Manage and Work on PMweb/PMIS for preparing Workflows, tracking, receiving uploading, transmitting, exporting project documentation, version control and admin rights.

Responsible for Outstanding Document to be answered to Contractor/Client.

Maintains updated records of all approved documents and drawings in the Document Archive and the File Server with easy traceability.

Register and distribute all incoming and Outgoing Correspondences/Submittals drawing documents and transmittals.

Receives and issues documents under transmittal, externally and internally according to document distribution matrix.

Ensures that all engineering documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the document submission due date.

Ensures that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff.

Ensure that the latest revision and approval status of drawings, Inspection request is kept updated continuously.

Ensure safekeeping and maintenance of technical records and master documents (hard copies) stored in Technical Services Library. Control the flow of technical library documents and file in a systematic order for easy retrieval using database logging registration.

Period: From 2019 October to 2020 April

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager on daily basis regarding the new incoming and outgoing project documents and to ensure that, all the documents are up to date.

Administer project system using Mezzoteam/Aconex to download and to ensure that controlled copies of documents are properly distributed to appropriate staff asper the distribution form/project manager instruction.

Maintain project register both Incoming and Outgoing documents within the projects as per company Quality Procedures.

Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

Control/track/issue of all submittals/documents (Design Drawing, Shop Drawing, As Built, o Material Submittals, Prequalification, Method Statement, NCR, SOR, SR, RFI’s)

To prepare and LOG monitoring of Material Purchase requisitions asper the site requirement, and to follow up the delivery of materials and ensure that, all the materials to be used to the site.

Maintain the documents filing system (both hard copies and soft copies) and creating labels and coding for easier access.

Period: From 2013 to June 2019

PORR / Saudi BinLadin Group / HBK (PSH) are the Main Contractor for the Green line of the new Doha Metro Project in Qatar. This project consists of 16.6km of twin bored tunnels, 8 underground stations, built at a depth of 20 meters. This project spans from Msheireb (Central Station) through to Education City and on to Al Rayyan. Responsibilities:

Register project incoming and outgoing documents data into the standard logs ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

Coordination with construction team for submittals & approvals for Documents as (Method Statement, Work Procedure, NCR, Shop Drawing, Material Approvals Etc). Coordinates between the Site team & the Main Office.

Scan and upload and download documents to the project system using ACONEX for project document submission/ communications.

Provide proper document numbering for all documents produced by Technical Services.

Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.

Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.

Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and proper distributions.

Prepare and transmit daily/weekly/monthly reports, also to generate various document control reports as required asper the team leader instruction.

Ensure that all the relevant documents received from subcontractors/Suppliers/sub- consultants are updated/recorded both hard copy and softcopy.

Control workflows management and documents distribution.

Monitoring/register Subcontractors/consultants contractual related documents, and to distribute assigned Contracts Administrators/team.

Track and file project contracts documents and to control, support to the contract administrators and project QS team.

Sky Oryx Joint Venture (SOJV) is an organization established by Taisei Corporation of Japan and TAV Construction of Turkey to execute the construction of the New Doha International Airport, Passenger Terminal Complex in Doha, Qatar.
