Due to my management skills, l have been able to charge and coordinate nurses in my unit successfully by using five functions involves in management, that is planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. Ability to organize weekly seminar presentation for nurses to upgrade their skills and enhance them to deliver quality nursing care to patients.
Roster planning for adequate shift coverage and necessary off duty to enable the nurse to have rest and being refresh to be able to go on well on their job.
