The data is used for the development of both original and updates / changes to Technical Manuals (TMs) and training technical documents in support of NAVAIR Lakehurst ALRE/VLA/SE systems and equipment. Uses the content and requirements Military Standard Documentation and contract Statement of Work (SOWs) to support the development of Logistic Management Information (LMI) databases / Logistic Support Analysis

(LSA) Reports content and requirements. Performs Quality Assurance (QA) prior to LMI database, Maintenance Plan (MP) and other logistics deliveries. Participates in LMI database, MP, and TM Reviews.

Provides technical and administrative support for NAVAIR ALRE / VLA / program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Development, Preliminary Critical Review (PCR) presentations, Meeting Minutes for Program In Process Reviews (IPRs), Government Testing Readiness Review (GTRR), and Test Readiness Reviews (TRR). Develops initial training outlines, training presentations, detailed operation / maintenance training documentation, factory training presentations, and training completion reports.

Researched source data including engineering drawings, Maintenance Plan (MP), Allowance Parts List (APLs), design and test reports to develop Improved Fresnel Lens Optical Landing System

Participated in ALRE reliability and maintainability reviews. Reviewed and revised ALRE Quality Assurance cards, maintenance index pages and Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs). Conducted training analysis manpower assessments, manpower task analysis, maintenance philosophy analysis, and new equipment analysis providing input for Training Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), Front End Analysis (FEA) and Business Case Analysis (BCA). Instrumental in the development of IFLOLS course curriculum to include, Long Range Line-up System (LRLS) and Landing Signal Officer Heads-up Display (LSO / HUD) systems. Lead instructor for the IFLOLS Course pilot. Served as an instructor at Naval Training Center, Great Lakes Illinois for IC / EM Advanced Maintenance Training (C-7) School teaching basic electricity and electronics theory, electromechanical devices including synchro systems and motors and generators, and systems to include F-type wind measuring systems, 1,3 and 5 MC general announcing systems, underwater log systems and electromechanical shaft speed indicators.
