I am delighted to submit my application for the position of Customer Service Representative. I have various skills and talents and have worked with various customers, internally and externally throughout the years. I pride myself on being a team player, working hard, with the ability to multi-task and get the job done. I am persistent, motivated and need little or no supervision.

What I want you to know about me is that I worked for Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, Georgia for over 12 years. Due to a reduction in force, I relocated back to my hometown, Enterprise, Alabama, where my family resides. This time in my life was very challenging, I had planned to retire there, now I have to start over, therefore I was in survival mode.

I gained employment with Veteran’s Alliance as a buyer for helicopters, for which I thought would be long-term, then Covid hit. I also want you to know that I am not that person that move from job to job, but each time I moved it was for more hours and higher pay, I was still in survival mode.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resource. I am a professional, dependable, no stranger to hard work, pay close attention to detail, has a sense of urgency, enthusiastic and I have a good sense of humor.
