I am a Colombian Flight attendant recently living in USA, I have experience in Customer service while I was working with hostels and with Amazon as a Customer service associated, getting 4 years of expirence.
I think Customer service is one of the most important position in a company, the associate have the power to changed their Customer mood, helping them out or even there is not a change for help or it is not in our hands if you know how handle the situation the Customer can even go black happy with a no as answer, because they know you did your best, they can feel your effort and that makes them feel apreciated.
