My duties included keeping the Center in compliance with the State of Ohio guidelines, supervising 15-20 staff members, training new staff, accounts receivable, payroll, staffing, scheduling of students, marketing, management. It also included counseling parents, staff and children. I maintained parent, staff and child relations.
