·Responsible for all operations which includes production, sanitation, batching, packaging, maintenance, and changeover.
Achievements:
Successfully reduced the out-of-pocket cost for motor repair and placement by implementing procedures which protected our equipment from water damage. Outcome was 6 damaged motors per month to 0.
Maintained the sanitation budget for the 2021 calendar year for 13 periods. Spending was 59% utilization of a max budget of $500,000.
Reduced quality holds from production runs to a total of 2 for the 2021 year.

Achievements:
Successfully implemented SAP technologies into our database from the original JIT systems.
Managed a project which revamped our rack utilization and storage locations in house to reduce costs from outside vendors. Cost saving initiatives led to $12,000 of money saved.
Led a project which was aimed at reducing cup and food waste by identifying critical points. The desired outcome was reduced A-feed and plastic waste to increase profitability driven by Kaizen.
