Assisted in managing multiple projects, consisting of both tenant improvements and ground up buildings, ranging from $15M - $70M, as an APM, I worked closely with my Project Manager, architects, engineers, owners, superintendents and subcontractors, to ensure that projects were completed on or before schedule, profitable and satisfactory to the client. Responsible for subcontractor recruitment and management, enforcement of codes and safety regulations, permitting, safety, workflow and scheduling, CPM’s (Critical Path Method), commissioning, purchasing and buyout, contract administration, budgeting and quality control. Originally hired on as a Controller, I transitioned back to project management managing multiple projects, consisting of both tenant improvements and ground up buildings, ranging from $150K-$7.2M. Responsible for subcontractor management, interacting with clients, estimating, workflow and scheduling, CPM’s (Critical Path Method), commissioning, purchasing and buyout, contract administration, billings, budgeting, permitting, safety and quality control. Implemented and enforced a safety program that met OSHA regulations. Effectively restructured management operations and incorporating our LLC doubling our revenues within a two-year period. Arizona Department of Administration – Phoenix, AZ. Constructed a $17 million prison facility using inmate labor to reduce costs. Completed an $11 million underground infrastructure replacement at the state hospital as well as various campus tenant improvements and historical building abatement and restoration. Ran anywhere between 10-15 inmate crews on a daily basis, each consisting of different trades.
