EXPERIENCE
Mission Linen Supplies, 2601 Oceanside, Ca.. — O ce Clerk November 15,2021 - Present
As the Data Clerk for the Oceanside branch I start o my day by closing out production soil in InfoPac. Once it has been closed I print out production sheets for the plant and trip sheets for our drivers route. I am in charge of being 1st to pick up phone calls from our customers, vendors as well as our drivers and area managers. Putting customer service first by understanding and meeting their needs in a professional manner. The customer calls consist of our customers calling to place orders, change delivery dates, add to their existing orders and request their invoices. For orders I input and pull information into the InfoPac system. For orders I create an invoice for the driver to pull up on the handheld or a paper copy is placed in the drivers box. For the vendor's calls they are to check on invoice payment status or to provide a new invoice. I also receive and sort invoices that come in through fax, to my email or by paper mail, and input them into the SAP system to get paid by the Home O ce. Both the driver and area manager calls are to update shortages, create a new route or change routes to di erent drivers. Throughout the day I also received written invoices, changes in service, new contracts, renewal of contracts, and any increases in uniforms, linen and other supplies that need to get input into our systems and go out. Once the o ce manager has completed the initial step for payments from our customers I go into SAP to input route cash payments, credit card payments, check payments and put them to the correct customer accounts to balance. I assist accounts receivable by sending out invoices for past due accounts to bring them back into balance. I send those invoices via email, certified mail or fax to the business. My primary function is to be available to our customers to facilitate and assist with changes that need to occur almost immediately, to keep files organized for all of our business whether it is electronically or in our paper filing system, as well as insuring our drivers and plant employees paperwork is up to date, secured and filed properly. My closing procedure is to ensure all accounts are properly closed at the end of the day along with any documentation filed and locked away. Ensure my area is clean and ready for the following day to begin. Vital Record Chart(VRC), Palomar Medical Center Esco. — Medical Records Specialist-ROI
