Managed employee staff for maintenance, housekeeping, and pool attendants. Bal Harbour Tower is a high-rise residential building of 24 floors and 116 Units. Responsible for all building operations, maintenance, renovation projects for the common areas and the Units.
Currently supervising and supporting the Glazing Project from standard glass windows to impact glass windows. Monitoring inspections for the 30 years recertification, annual inspections for Fire System, Elevators, and from The Health Department for the Pools and Spas. Control of budget for the maintenance, housekeeping, and pool services.
Followed up the contracts for the HVAC System, Fire Alarm System, Pool and Spas services, Fire Sprinklers System, Elevators, landscaping services, and any other works with new vendors and contractors.
