Led the management and administration of a 400-acre regional park, 8 neighborhood parks, 4 community centers, a nature study area, 4 horse arenas, two skateboard parks, and multiple athletic fields. Responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to include 4 separate Summer Camp Programs.

Established and developed of the National ECO Institute (501-C3) and Montana ECO Treks and Tours. Provided ECO tours in Montana, conducted safety reviews for outdoor youth programs, provided conservation education programs and worked with federal and state agencies. Operated an outdoor travel store (The Travel Locker) at the National Headquarters in Helena, MT.
Program Director, Montana Conversation Corps, Helena, MT,1991-1993
Responsible for the implementation and development of the Montana Conservation Corps. Wrote million-dollar federal grants, recruited, and trained staff, worked closely with state and federal agencies setting up conservation programs to include: trail building; wetland restoration, riverbed restoration, firefighting, rehabilitation of historic sites, and community service.

Responsible for the licensing and supervision of over 3,000 professional outfitters and guides. Reported to a Governor appointed Board of Directors.
