Increased new employee retention by 75% and slashed new employee learning curve from 12 month to 4 months, by proactively interacting with new employees using proprietary Computer based training modules for freight car repair. Process all new incoming employees, including all basic safety protocols, all company policies, procedures, and all internal specialized training relating to freight car repair.

Supervise repair of freight cars by new employees focusing on safety, and AAR M- 1003 Manual of standards of freight car repair
Administer and document 121-day new employee training schedule focusing on new employee progress with benchmark date reviews and goal setting
Report daily hours worked by each employee and by job number to payroll for final processing
Work closely with Superintendent of Q A and Inspections to assure all work completed by new employees was performed to AAR standards. Inspections would include both visual and mechanical in nature.
