Proven skills in design, planning & execution of all MEP installations to the project specifications & documentations given and take responsibility for the completion, safety, quality compliance, commissioning and handing over the project in stipulated time.

Review design drawings and redesign for value engineering in close co-ordination with consultant, client and local authority regulations.

Excellent knowledge in preparation of accurate cost estimate and submission of competitive techno–commercial offer, negotiation and follow up with the Client / Main contractor till the award of the project.

Review the contract and commercial terms and assess the risks.

Efficiently gives technical guidance to the mangers, engineers and other staff for the design review, preparation of construction drawing submittals, preparation of material submittals and ensure the approvals from Consultant, Client and Local Authorities.

Analyze project P&L and cash flow and offer innovative solutions for cost management.
