Payroll & Purchase Ledger Assistant
Responsibilities
Execute Monthly payroll processing using SAP and In-house HRIS tool for multiple branch codes
Adhere to Payroll Timelines and ensure 100% Payroll processed as per time
Review new and termed employees report weekly to ensure all payroll related information are entered accurately
Entry and follow-up of employees’ deductions, loans, additions, commissions, unpaid leaves
Check cash vouchers and all other invoices and cash vouchers related to HRSs Processes
Coordinate with Finance for Pre and post Payroll activities
Reconcile monthly pay register before and after payroll closure
Process Settlements Daily for Vacations, Leave encasements, Full and Final Settlements
Ensure all Payroll inputs has required approvals in place before updating in the System
Execute HRSS Payroll Operations such as Inputs, Time and Attendance, Loans, Cash Payments and Hygiene of Data Management in SAP and In-House HR Systems
Adhere to internal control processes including payroll balancing and other internal controls for Payroll Administration
Review, update and maintain complete and accurate Payroll data, including but not limited to base pay,bonuses, commissions, payroll taxes, employee changes, new hires, social security contribution remittances and other deductions
Assist with gathering data and advising Payroll Officer and HRSS Manager regarding changes in employment regulations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintain manual and electronic documents, files, and records to provide accurate information in compliance with established guidelines.
Review Payroll compliance matters and key annual audits and external financial audit.
Exercise discretion and security in order to maintain confidentiality and protect access to electronic payroll systems.
The processing of supplier invoices in line with approval limits
Responding to supplier and other day to day queries
Assisting with the supplier payment runs on a weekly basis
Adhoc administrative tasks to support the wider Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control Activity
