SUMMARY
An experienced executive with over a decade in FP&A and forecasting. I pride myself on getting things done. My business expertise, financial management, and focus on growth would transition favorably to any industry. EXPERIENCE AREAS OF EXPERTISE

I designed, produced, and refined intricate models to forecast impacts on the bottom line for multi-billion-dollar loan portfolios and multi-billion dollar servicing contracts. My analytics and cost-saving action plans resulted in a 12-17% reduction in overall operating expenses, adding,
$3.4 million in net income annually and ultimately building the single largest endowment fund in the State’s history. https://le.utah.gov/~2022/bills/static/SB0172.html
I overhauled organizational reporting, including the creation of a suite of leading and lagging performance reports to provide micro-level insights to drill down into all levels to manage the business. This included an in-depth analysis of thousands of data points and their relevant correlations to improve operational effectiveness and a more prudent expense perspective.
I’ve coached and mentored several high-performing teams in finance, business intelligence, collections, and client relations. I am energized by helping people succeed and delighted to see them thrive. I developed an initiative to have staff focus on what they are becoming.
I authored and managed all of the cost accounting models for three loan portfolios, (more than $22 billion in loan assets) across all enterprises and business groups. These overhead expenses, including; office space, human resources, information technology, accounting and treasury functions were optimized ultimately saving 30-33%.
I routinely review legal documents, such as contracts, real estate transactions, and bond indentures. My research and clear understanding of the legal obligations and opportunities in these agreements have resulted in value to the bottom line in excess of $700,000.
My finance team issued over $8 billion in bonds and notes in the capital markets. I was the architect and manager of the debt service and compliance processes, requiring meticulous focus and consistency, resulting in every bond and note retaining its original rating or being upgraded.
