Led the Total Rewards function for an organization of 25,000+ employees. Led a team of between 6 – 12 members managing the company’s health and welfare benefits, compensation programs, and HR technology.
● Planned, developed, implemented, and maintained all the plans and programs associated with the compensation and benefits.
● Alongside executive leadership created new incentive programs to meet company and team objectives.
● Implemented new compensation programs including short and long-term incentive plans and developed a new approach to the compensation structure for hourly staff, introducing a pay scale.
