I have 27 years of experience in sales and marketing. I am passionate about people, very expressive and can work both in a confined office and out in the field. I have broadened my expertise over the past years to include specializing in the design and setup of call centers, which has become a leading market in South Africa.
After 23 years of been in the office furniture trade both locally and internationally, including been a Director of the first woman owned office furniture company in KZN, I changed my career to join Adcorp Group as a Business Developer calling on some of the largest Blue Collar Companies, in just 12 months of me been at Adcorp I have introduced the Exec team into large corporates which included ( 400 structured clients into the Bidvest group & Tiger Brands which includes 32 mills countrywide, 80 Sites in Total within their 9 trading division).
Whilst at Adcorp Group of Companies I was offered a regional position to relocate to Gauteng Province after 5 months of working has a Durban Regional Developer to become a Business Solutions Developer. After spending 3 months on the growth team as a regional business solutions developer I was offered a position to join the Projects team as the New National Business Development Officer. Projects is a specialized division within Adcorp BLU that concentrates mainly on technical and engineering sectors, providing skilled labor to all Mining, Petro Chem, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Manufacturing and Structural Engineering companies.
After 5 months of learning and working in the Technical and Engineering recruitment sector, I was offered to move divisions to Adcorp Industrial Services to head up the Tiger Brands Portfolio through all of their 9 Divisions as the National Client Solutions Manager. I was in this position for a year, whilst in this position I worked together with our Exco Team introduced our Group of companies into Tiger Brands and have successfully become one of Tiger Brands Preferred suppliers nationally. At the end of the year in 2018 I resigned from Adcorp due to me getting married and relocating to Durban.
I have worked and travelled both in Angola and the DRC where I completed projects from start to finish, both on the design and supplying of furniture (Please see reference letters from my Clients from India and the DRC), I have also in addition to that, travelled to PARIS for in-house training, and learnt about the Europe market and trade.
I gained my experience through the years in Project Managing all my projects from start to finish and take pride on been hands on with all my Projects.

I worked with Sharmala during my time at Tiger Brands. We were seeking a contact labour solution for Tiger as part of an RFP. Sharmala had approached Tiger Brands to introduce Adcorp and a solution which could help further enhance our company's B-BBEE recognition through skills development.
