For the past 17 years I have worked for Software Design Associates primarily providing technical support for The Computer Fencing System, a software estimating suite designed for fencing contractors. In addition to telephone technical support, I was also responsible for onsite software customization. This involved traveling to the client location and customizing data bases, as well as training the client and their sales staff in the use of CFS (our primary program suite). My job responsibilities also evolved to include sales (through email, telephone, and trade shows), marketing (print ads, website design and graphics, direct mail campaigns, trade show booth design and POP materials), Program development, UI design, Trouble shooting, Alpha testing, Graphic design, 3D modeling, and XML document design.
