Involved with 2 programs such as LTLM II, and I CUGR. Aligning, focusing, optimizing the units,

analyzing, correcting data’s in the database and guiding the units where to go after finishing the measurement.

Participating in Reliability units, such as Vibration, Dropping, Spinning, Shocking, to be sure the units still meet the spec.

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, replacing, FMEA if needed.

Understanding the procedures, schematics and verbal instructions with the company guideline.

Dec 2011 - Feb 2016 - Moisture Cell Alignment Test Technician, SERVOMEX CORPS, Woburn, MA

Responsible assembles and calibrates Laser Cells per specification units

Mounts cells in chassis arm laser diode to center and aligned in the fixture to get power such as SDC, RDC.

Optimize power and records data to complete assemblies.

Leak check to ensure there are no leaks.

Assemble the cell and putting in the hot box at 40 degrees temperature.

Re-optimize the power to maximum.

Re-checking leak check and send it to purge for 36 hrs.

Responsible alignments the 1.8x, 1.0x telescope, boresight an X,Y to the target, using the collimator and black body box to see any artifact, using image to capture the clipping to be center.
