Resume:

C H R I S T I A N B R O W N

Before you peruse my resume, I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself. I am a creative leader and problem solver, who has demonstrated experience in managing the operations of several businesses, most in the legal field. Prior employers will tell you that some of my most prominent strengths include reliability and trustworthiness, dedication and responsiveness, and excellence in office management and organization. In my two most recent roles directing the business operations of law firms (for a time, simultaneously), I prided myself on critical thinking and creative ideas that allowed for increases in efficiency of firm operations and financial savings. In my role as Executive Director of Hall Law, I oversaw the establishment of a new, larger office during the firm's expansion process. During that process, my networking skills allowed me to source

$14,000 of furniture at no-cost. Additionally, after coming on, I saved the firm nearly $18,000 by streamlining subscription and recurring costs. In addition to these obvious monetary cost savings, I increased firm efficiency by redesigning and streamlining the CLIO billing interface and naming conventions and implementing a new, tier-based billing system to avoid late payments. In this system, each client is assigned a score based on their promptness in payment, allowing for targeted scheduling of billing notifications based on that score. While some may see the variety of positions in my work history as a negative, I consider my varied roles as a positive quality. I have experience, not only in the legal field, but in retail and financial business management as well. As you can see from my resume, I have taken many short-term contract positions with companies who needed temporary assistance to set up or reconfigure their business operations. While this allowed me to get my feet wet and gain experience in a variety of fields, I am now actively seeking a more stable position with a company that will allow me to establish a long-term career, with opportunity for growth. Attached you will find my resume, as well as a recommendation letter from Tom Mills, Managing Partner of Mills Black, LLP. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or for additional materials. I look forward to hearing from you about any opportunity you may have for me within your company. 571-***-****
