Kansas City Live / Cordish Co. September 2017 - Present Director of Operations and Facilities
• Responsible for all 24/7 operations, facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, power washing, landscaping, and related construction of nine city blocks in KCMO called the Power & Light District
• Directed operations and maintenance staff of 35 in support of the day-to-day activities for street fairs, Live Block entertainment events, marketing, residential high-rises, parking garage, parking lots and valet service.
