I began here as a production associate. I learned as much about the department as a whole. When the Team Lead position became open I jumped right in and assumed the responsibilities of the job. I was responsible for training new employees. Shipping and Receiving loads to and from BMW and Montaplast. I made sure all housekeeping was completed and safety procedures were followed to 5S. Direct communication to BMW material planners was required as well. Replenishing parts and staging on Forklift was also required.
