JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organizing toolbox meetings to the employees in the site. Conducting safety meeting to the employees.

Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.

Supporting Engineers and team to make plans for height works.

Maintains the work permit register.

Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.

Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.

Conducting Awareness Training and Lesson Learned session for all workers for 30 minutes on daily basis.

Inspecting lifting tools & tackles and maintaining the record.

Vehicles and Electrical equipments checking to ensure good quality.

Induction about site safety to new staff and workers.

Checking the barrication and warning signs daily and renewal when requires.

Supervising first aid precaution.

Identifying unsafe act and unsafe conditions.

Making and implementing PTW system for all activities.

Making rescue plan for the high critical activities and also for whole site tasks.

Responding to worker's Safety concerns.

Advising for better housekeeping for the job site to the site team.

Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.

Attending and conducting Site Safety Meeting on daily basis with area supervisors, coordinators and workers on daily basis.

Making arrangement for safety audit (internal, external).

Promoting the awareness towards the safety policy & safety in the best policy and to target zero accident messages to all the work force at site.

High lighting the site positive and negative observation to HSE department.

Co - ordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
