AIRCRFT DESIGN PROJECT (ADP)
To design a payload of 125 tones of long haul cargo aircraft with an operating range of 12000.
RESULTS : Work as a team and understand the concepts involved in Aerodynamic design, performance analysis and stability and structural design of a aircraft. AEROMODELLING ( Low cost UAV )
To design a Remote Control (RC) plain of weight upto 1KG. NUMERICAL STUDY ON THE THERMAL-MECHANICAL BEHAVIOUR OF GAS TURBINE BLADE OF DIFFERENT ALLOYS
In this project work turbine blade was designed with the three different named alloys as Inconal 718, Inconal 625, waspaloy. The main objective is to investigate the effects of temperature and induced stresses on the turbine blade by using the Ansys Workbench Software.
RESULT : We conclude that the among three alloys that undergone static structural and steady state thermal analysis Inconal 625 shows maximum deformation, high stress and strain before breaking. Inconal 625 is most efficient alloys is terms of Thermal-Mechanical properties.
