The scope of the project was to enhance a legacy system of Investor Management to enable stakeholders build and maintain strong investor relationship, to make faster and accurate decisions with regards to existing and prospective investors and to aid in managing the portfolios of invested funds. The objectives are to increase fund mobilization, retain investors and ultimately maximize return on investment.

Responsibilities:

●Gathered requirements and created various functional and technical user stories and facilitated JAD session with UI designers and developer, SME’s and System Architects.

●Documented AS-IS and TO-BE process flows for the GAP analysis.
