•Managed fifty production employees in a high volume Label Printing and Converting, Graphic Arts and Digital Printing environment focusing on high liability/value added products, with the additional challenge of a targeted customer base with quick turnaround requirements.
•Additional responsibilities included oversight of the materials management group as well as the maintenance department.
•Played a key role in the set up and management of a satellite operation in Juarez, Mexico and El Paso, TX that serviced customers interested in maintaining a U.S. corporate headquarters with a manufacturing base in Mexico, meeting the quick turnaround requirements of a targeted customer base.
•Had a key role in the company’s initial acquisition of ISO certification, and re-certifications.
