Projects Description :- Working as Engineer-instrumentation for 2200 MTPD Ammonia & 3850 MTPD Urea Fertilizer Plant Gorakhpur.

Job Responsibilities:-

1)Working as PMC with LSTK & non-LSTK vendors for Fertilizer plant with project value Approx. 9000Cr.

2)Instrument erection supervision and certification for the ammonia,Urea and other packages.

3)Project Co-Ordinator and successfully commissioned with PESO approval of IGG plant with Linde India ltd having project value approx. 14cr.

4)Project Co-Ordinator and successfully commissioned IA/PA plant with Ingersoll Rand ltd having project value approx.10cr.

5)Check & review of construction activity of process & Non-process instruments for Fertilizer.

6)Loop check & Logic check with Operation team and it’s report certification for the billing.

1)Preparation of project schedule and monitoring with construction team for extension project

2)Maintenance of motor operated valve, on-off valve and SOV.

3)Maintenance of oxygen analyzer, Sox, NOx analyzer and it’s calibration.

4)DCS (maxDNA) Logic development/ modification for safe operation of plant.
