Trained locals in H.D. Mechanics working on all mining equipment. Six months later, became shop foreman, looking after the shop mechanics, welders and body shop. Also trained locals to be foreman, looking after crew, ordering parts. Looked after interviews for potential mechanics, machinists, welders.

Long Haul of products to USA. Produce back up to Canada. Hauling of products to Vancouver, back to Calgary.
