-Responsible for maintaining P&L sheet of operations.
-Staff salary work sheet.

-Consultants Salary workup with Incentives.
-Release payment of sundry creditors,vendors,out source services, according to priority and availability of fund.
-Handling statutory expanses and contingency fund.
-Dealing with bank for Loan and CC.
-Supervise the process of cash in flow and out flow.
-Daily collection of cash,credit,outstanding,

HR
-Recruitment,induction training of staff.
