• Help maintain equipment

This includes flushing lines, checking all parts of machine to run properly for shift.

• Verify orders for machine runs

• Prep Vaccine bags for each machine at beginning of shift and every 45 mins to an hour

• Test sanitizer on each machine ever 15 mins for parts per million.

- Log test strip results, vaccine for each machine with time, levels of nitrogen, egg weight for water loss

Maintenance

• Repair machine and parts in plant that break down

• Maintain all motors, plugs, switches, conveyors, air systems (pneumatic), control boards, damper systems, 3 phase equipment, fan motors, plumbing throughout the plant

• Electric components solid state relays, capacitors for fan, limit switch
