Coordinate and monitor drivers, ensure the security and safety of fleet by arranging GPS based tracking system and always monitor vehicle locations on the GPS map to minimize idling and enhance trucks turnaround time (TAT).

Brought onboard new vendors and truck owners (third parties) hence, increase company’s productivity and profit.

Negotiated with a parts vendor, thereby, saved the company costs on maintenance. Converted the reporting system from manual to automatic, consequently, increased reporting efficiency.
