The goal of the Project is to maintain the Patient/Member information along with their dependents details, Insurance Plan details, Eligibility and benefits information in Salesforce by reading the inbound 834s (transaction set represents a Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance document) from Liston application and transforming those raw files(834) into different objects to maintain Member details, Benefits(COB) and Hold conversion after applying the business and transformation rules in Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
● Participated in User stories grooming and in defining the Testing Plan, tools, release timelines, based on these details implemented the Testing Strategy, Test scenarios and Test cases.
● Wrote SQL queries to retrieve data from multiple tables for the raw data from Liston Application and compared that data with what resides in Salesforce Application by extracting the data through Data Loader and by running SOQL queries in Developer Console.
● Created Test cases for Salesforce application, member pipeline, which involves creation of different conversion files like HOLD, COB, member conversion files.
● Processed EDI 834 with various scenarios and validated the data in Salesforce by running SOQL queries and by checking the data in the Salesforce application through UI.
