• Occasionally travel to customers homes and set up internet and TV service.

• Use windows to store documents, important information, and valuable resources and websites so there is shortcuts ready and available at my disposal.

• Use a software called OPUS to perform daily job duties such as setting up customer accounts, find price value of different electronics, provide down payment information, using what is called Quick Quote to come up with the best package for the customer which includes devices and plan pricing.

• Manage customer accounts and adjust them to fit the needs of the customer whether it’s too lower the bill, add products, provide discounts and provide updates of changes. Education
