Have been in ticket sales since 2019 and began full time in 2021 right after the pandemic. I work as a clerk in Feed and Bedding. Our clients range from phone, in person, Clover System, or emails. Take order for various types of bedding and feed specific to the event. Following procedure from processing the order, identifying it as pre-order, phone, over the counter etc. Making sure specific directions/information is available to delivery personnel. Gathering information such as Stall #, name of client and specific directions for delivery. Track delivery and follow up as needed.
