Print and issue Airport permits to all Airport staff/Operators/Diplomatic Missions/International Organisations/Government Agencies who have business to perform at the airport.

Ensures that internal background checks and investigations are conducted into the issuance of Airport Permits.

Takes photograph of all prospective applicants.

Issue Training, Vetting and any relevant forms to fresh applicants.

Keep electronic records of all relevant documents necessary for processing Airport Permits.

Inspect and scrutinize all documents that are submitted, taking note of the minutes on them.

Ensure background form is completed.

Inspect Residence/Work Permit of all expatriates or foreigners.

Check the license and CAA clearance of all Pilots and Engineers.

Check receipt of payment.

Update Blacklist, Stop list and Lost & replaced files when the need arises.

Any other duties assigned by Director Aviation Security(DAVSEC).
