I carried out field work in the free distribution of a Refrigerant Recovery Machine or equipment, as part of the company's accreditation and participation in the Govt's National CFC Phase Out Plan ( NCPP). I've worked for Eastern Telecoms for 19 years. My last job description was as Manager for the Support Facilities group wherein I ensure our team provides continuous electrical power supply ( AC & DC) throughout all the organization's telecom equipments from its head office and branches / stations nationwide. Part of the responsibility is to ensure precise air-conditioning temperatures as per required by the sophisticated telecom equipments. The most valuable skills I've learned to efficiently perform my job was to have a sense of urgency in addressing technical issues that arises with the daily operations. A quick response time limit in troubleshooting is imperative...depending on the degree of difficulty of the problem. Secondly, one needs to be forward looking or pro-active so as to avert any recurrence of troubles and past issues.
