Responsible for facilitating lease transmittal activities and monitoring the status of the leases, Worked with brokers to resolve discrepancies and curative issues. In addition, I researched the property records and the general indexes to determine ownership and reviewed title to verify that it correlated with said property stated in the lease, determined that the lease was properly executed by the mineral owner and included the necessary witness signatures and notarization, prepared client GIS maps and verified that the necessary paperwork was included in the final lease packet in order for checks to be obtained from the client.
